Hi, Son 1. Foreign object on DC connector. => SQE was requested vender provide FA Report ( Due date: Mar 22, 2023) 2. LED light leakage => Vender will send new fixture in the end of march, when Fii engineer receive fixture from vender he will verify test program and update result to you ASAP. Thanks Robert |

HI Tony 1. Explain why you analyzed the root cause of the customer's fault and did not proceed a failure analysis from the vender as Factory FA report Root cause : Maybe foreign object got in DC connector after Fii shipped. and Vender FA report Root cause : the inner ring of the male head is the probe copper ring of the testing machine. 2. In case of defective parts, please upload the factory FA process. Thanks SON |

Hi, Son I would like to update "Report for BFX-AT100 - Feb 2023 Mass Production Inspection 20230324 Ver2" 1. Explain why you analyzed the root cause of the customer's fault and did not proceed a failure analysis from the vender. => When Fii got feedback from ALT and conducted analysis process in factory and didn't find any abnormal because this device is tested normal at Mfg and don't find the same issue before. then update FA report as 20230315 Ver1. After that, Fii sent NG picture to vender for further analysis and result is the foreign from their side. and Fii conclusion as below and update 20230324 Ver2. - The foreign object inside DC connector is from incoming material (vendor: Powerway). - VI operator didn’t detect foreign object inside DC connector lead to escape this issue.
